Invitation to Tender – Filming of Online Training Course

Background

Bat Conservation Ireland is an environmental NGO that manages and coordinates projects to promote and educate about Ireland’s bats and their conservation, e.g. see www.batconservationireland.org and www.learnaboutbats.com

This Project

We are seeking proposals from a Media Production Company for filming and editing of an online training course to introduce Irish bats and bat survey methods.

Proposals are invited from companies with

  • Experience in producing video content for online training courses
  • Experience working in the heritage/wildlife sector

Budget

The estimated budget for this project is a maximum of €10,000 inclusive of VAT and all expenses. Tenders are welcomed from experienced companies or individuals who can facilitate and deliver this work.

Timeline

We anticipate that filming both on site in the field, and in studio, and voiceovers will be completed by end August-early September 2023. Editing will be completed by late September with final material ready to upload to the online training platform by mid October 2023.
