As part of Heritage Week and in collaboration with Rory Finnegan, Castletown House, join Kildare Bat Group for a fascinating bat walk and talk in the grounds of historic Castletown House. Meandering along the River Liffey and back by the lake, you will have the opportunity to listen to bats in this beautiful, historic habitat. You will learn more about Irish bat species and their life cycle as the walk progresses.
This event is free to attend, however you must book your place. To book your place, please e-mail: kildarebatgroup@gmail.com.
Meeting point: Top of Celbridge Village, beside Christ Church in front of Castle House, Celbridge, Co. Kildare.
Kildare Bat Group would like to thank Castletown House for collaborating on this event.
