An all-Ireland charity that promotes the conservation of bats and their habitats

We warmly welcome children on bat walks and talks in the company of their parent or guardian but training and surveys are not suitable for children. For events that include an outdoor element please wear warm clothing and suitable footwear.
Join us and discover the world of bats in your locality! We will use bat detectors to listen in to their night time sounds watch them in flight. This walk is hosted by Dublin Bat Group at the Dropping Well on the Dodder on Sunday May 27th at 9.00pm.
All are welcome, children must be accompanied by an adult. Warm clothing and outdoor footwear is recommended. Bring a torch.
Bat Walks are approximately 1.5 hrs long. Events with a bat talk, are 2 hrs long.
