Join us in the beautiful surroundings of Belvedere House Co. Westmeath for a batty fun-filled evening! At 8pm Tina Aughney of Bat Conservation Ireland will give an illustrated talk about Irish bats. This will be followed by a walk outside using bat detectors to pick up their ultrasonic calls and to watch these elusive creatures in flight.
This event is free and open to all.
Please wear sturdy footwear and warm outdoor clothing and bring a torch. Children welcome if accompanied by an adult.
