We will listen in on the sounds bats make as they fly and watch them catching insects over the water. \nMake sure to wrap up warmly\, wear sturdy footwear and bring a torch. We can expect to hear (with a heterodyne Bat Detectors) different kinds of bats. Meet at the Bridge\, on street parking nearby. Children should be accompanied by an adult. This event is an outdoor “talk & walk” event along a defined footpath in the Liffey Linear Park\, and is fully accessible. This event is being run as part of Heritage Week. Wear sturdy footwear and appropriate outdoor clothing. Bring a torch.
