SUMMARY:Biodiversity Week Bat Walk and Talk
DESCRIPTION:Join us and discover the world of bats in your locality! We will use bat detectors to listen in to their night time sounds watch them in flight. For this event we will be guided through the world of bats by Aengus Kennedy with an illustrated talk. This will be followed by a walk along the Bredagh river. Meet at Glencrow Hall\, Moville\, Co. Donegal. \nAll are welcome\, children must be accompanied by an adult. Warm clothing and outdoor footwear is recommended. Bring a torch. \nBat Walks are approximately 1.5 hrs long. Events with a bat talk\, are 2 hrs long. \nBat Conservation Ireland has been supported by the Irish Environmental Network in running this event.
