SUMMARY:Biodiversity Week Bat Walk
DESCRIPTION:Join us and discover the world of bats in your locality! We will use bat detectors to listen in to their night time sounds watch them in flight. For this talk\, followed by a bat walk we will be Ballinamore\, Co. Leitrim @ 8.30 pm. We will meet in the Public Library. \nAll are welcome\, children must be accompanied by an adult. Warm clothing and outdoor footwear is recommended. Bring a torch. \nBat Walks are approximately 1.5 hrs long. Events with a bat talk\, are 2 hrs long. \nBat Conservation Ireland has been supported by the Irish Environmental Network in running this event.
