SUMMARY:Bat Walk with Meath Bat Group
DESCRIPTION:To celebrate Biodiversity Week 2022 (15th to 22nd May) join Sonairte on Saturday 21st of May for a Bat Walk and Survey event with the Meath Bat Group.  \nThis event starts at 8 PM in the Long Hall with a presentation on bats to learn more about various species in Ireland and their habitats. As the sun goes down\, the Meath Bat Group will take you around the Sonairte grounds on a bat walk/bat survey. This event is expected to end around 11 PM\, but there will be opportunity to leave earlier for families with children.  \nWith thanks to the Department of the Environment\, Climate and Communication VIA the Irish Environmental Network (IEN) for supporting this event. \nSonairte reserves the right to cancel the event if minimum attendance is not met or in the case of changing health regulations relating to COVID-19. \nTickets are necessary for this event and can be booked at the Eco Shop or online at the Eventbrite link below: \nhttps://www.eventbrite.ie/e/bat-walk-with-meath-bat-group-tickets-276615443237
